To locate and manage Projects that you coordinate, you must sign in to the GDG Employee Portal either through your company's SSO sign in or through the Sign in page.
On the home page of the Employee Portal, click on Volunteer in the navigation bar. On this page you'll see an Admin tab only if you are a coordinator of a project. Click on the Admin tab.
All projects that you coordinate will appear on this page. You can toggle different views by clicking on Select over on the right side of the page to see projects in a certain status.
- Suggested: your project has not been approved by the administrator yet, no one will be able to sign up for your project until it has been approved.
- Registration Open: your colleagues, family, and friends are now able to sign up for your project.
- Registration Closed: the registration deadline has passed and no one can sign up for you project (this date can be extended up until the start date/time of the project.
- Complete: the end date/time has passed
You can also use the Search bar to type in the name of your project.
