This article will explain how to Mass Log Volunteer hours within the Good Done Great portal. Note that only Project Coordinators will have the ability to use this functionality. The purpose of Mass Logging hours is for when a project has many volunteers that all volunteered for the same amount of time. Instead of each volunteer individually logging their hours, the Project Coordinator can easily log all hours at the same time.
Log into your Good Done Great portal and click on Volunteer in the navigation bar. Within the Volunteer home page, click on the Admin tab to be brought to a list of all projects you coordinate.
Once you have navigated to your Project page, hover over the 2nd Admin tab and click Hours.
Click on the Mass Log Hours button and select the date and number of hours you want logged for each one of your registered Volunteers.
